P.S. I attached a file I think you might find useful, I remove the gamma info from PNG files using "PNG Crush".
Thanks, I have been having problems with this for some time now. I like the purity involved in using PNG files and have been disappointed for sometime that the programmers and developers who are working on Internet Explorer just do not posses the knowledge or skills that it takes to setup the browser so that it discards the ICC info like FireFox does. Instead of them trying to interpret the information and use it, they should discard it all together. This theme is a perfect example of why FireFox is now the number one browser in the world. FireFox just keeps getting better with each passing release.

I have high hopes for Internet Explorer 8 and have been Beta testing it for Microsoft for sometime now. I am sorry to have to say this, but if they don't get a few fellas that are at least as sharp as a bowling ball things will never change.
